This Privacy Policy describes how Daylii LLC, doing business as Aureva (“Aureva,” “we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit, interact with, or make a purchase from buyaureva.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not “sell” personal information in the traditional sense. However, our use of advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads) may constitute “sharing” or “sale” under certain state privacy laws (notably California’s CCPA/CPRA). See Section 9 for your opt-out rights.
4. Marketing Communications
By providing your email address or phone number at checkout or via signup forms, you may receive marketing emails and SMS from us. You can opt out at any time:
- Email: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email, or email support@buyaureva.com
- SMS: reply STOP to any marketing text message
- Account settings: log in to your Aureva account and update your communication preferences
Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipment notifications, Pre-Charge Notice, account communications) are not marketing and will continue while you have an active order, subscription, or account.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for the Site to function (cart, checkout, authentication)
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics, Shopify analytics — understanding Site usage and performance
- Advertising cookies: Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads — tracking conversions and showing relevant advertising

6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:
- Active customer accounts: retained until you request deletion
- Order records: retained for at least 7 years for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes
- Payment records: retained per Shopify Payments / Stripe retention policies (typically 7 years)
- Marketing data: retained until you opt out or request deletion
- Subscription records: retained for the duration of the subscription plus 7 years
- Customer service tickets: retained for at least 3 years for dispute-resolution purposes
- Records relating to chargebacks, disputes, or legal claims: retained until the matter is fully resolved or for the applicable statute of limitations, whichever is longer
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. Payment data is encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS and processed by PCI-DSS-compliant providers. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Site and products are not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it. “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”: to opt out of behavioral advertising tracking, email us at support@buyaureva.com with “Opt Out — CCPA” in the subject line. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals.

Other States and Jurisdictions

10. International Users
Our Site is operated from the United States and we ship only within the United States. If you access our Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different privacy laws than your country of residence.
