Subscription Policy

Overview
This Subscription Policy governs recurring product shipments from Aureva (operated by Daylii LLC) through buyaureva.com. It supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Shipping Policy. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. How the Subscription Works
Our subscription program delivers your selected product(s) automatically every 30 days. Subscription orders ship to the same address and are charged to the same payment method you used at enrollment.
- Delivery frequency: every 30 days
- First order discount: 50% off the one-time retail price (Introductory member discount)
- Renewal discount: 25% off the one-time retail price on every renewal after the first order (member discount)
- Free shipping on all subscription orders within the United States
- Products ship automatically — no action required to receive your next order
2. Enrollment and Payment Authorization
By enrolling in a subscription, you affirmatively authorize us (through our payment processor) to automatically charge your payment method on file at the then-current subscription price, plus applicable taxes and shipping, every 30 days until you cancel through the self-service tools described in Section 4.
Your initial charge occurs at checkout at the first-order rate (50% off the retail price - introductory member discount). Subsequent renewal charges occur 30 days after your previous shipment at the renewal rate (25% off the retail price - member discount).
Consent to recurring charges is clearly disclosed at checkout. You are not required to sign up for a subscription to purchase our products — a one-time purchase option is always available.
We retain records of your enrollment, including timestamp, IP address, the consent language presented to you, the device used, and your acknowledgement, for use in resolving any subsequent dispute regarding authorization.
3. Pricing Structure and Price-Lock Guarantee
Introductory Pricing (First Order). Your first subscription order is charged at 50% off the one-time retail price. This is a one-time introductory rate applied only to your very first subscription order.
Standard Subscription Pricing (Every Renewal After the First). All renewals after your first order are charged at 25% off the one-time retail price, which is our standard ongoing subscription rate.
Price-Lock Guarantee. The 25% renewal rate in effect when you enroll is locked for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. We will not raise your renewal price while your subscription is continuous.
Price Changes. If we ever need to adjust the standard subscription renewal rate, we will email you at least 30 days in advance of the change. You may cancel before the new price takes effect with no penalty.
Taxes and shipping, where applicable, are calculated at each renewal and added to the subscription price.
4. Cancellation, Pause, and Skip — Self-Service Only
You may cancel, pause, or skip an upcoming renewal at any time before the next renewal date, 24/7, through your customer account at buyaureva.com.
Cancellation and changes are self-service only. We do not process cancellations by email, phone, social media direct message, or chat — the self-service tools below are designed to make cancellation faster and easier than contacting support, and they are the exclusive method of cancellation.
To cancel, pause, skip, or update your subscription, use one of the following:
Option A — Account portal: 1. Log in to your account at buyaureva.com 2. Navigate to “Manage Subscriptions” 3. Choose to pause, skip the next renewal, update shipping address or payment method, or cancel entirely
Option B — Manage Order link in your confirmation email: 1. Open any subscription confirmation email from Aureva 2. Click the “Manage Order” link 3. Make your changes in the customer portal that opens
Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will not be charged for future renewals once cancelled. Any order already processed or shipped before cancellation is subject to our Refund Policy.
We may offer optional retention incentives during the cancellation flow (such as a discount or pause option). You are not required to accept any retention offer. You may decline and proceed to cancel at any point.
We retain records of all cancellation attempts and completions, including timestamp and IP address, for compliance and dispute-resolution purposes.
5. Pre-Charge Notice (Day-26 Email)
You will receive a reminder email approximately five (4) days before each scheduled renewal charge (“Pre-Charge Notice”). The Pre-Charge Notice identifies:
- The product(s) included in the upcoming shipment
- The renewal date and charge amount
- The means by which you can cancel, pause, or skip through the self-service tools (Section 4)
The Pre-Charge Notice is sent to the email address on file. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and for monitoring the email account. We are not responsible for missed Pre-Charge Notices due to outdated email addresses, full inboxes, spam-filter routing, or other factors outside our control. Receipt of the Pre-Charge Notice is not required to maintain the validity of the subsequent charge.
6. Shipping Notifications
For every subscription order, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking number when your subscription order ships
- A delivery confirmation email (via our carrier) when it arrives
- A cancellation confirmation email if you cancel
7. Failed Payments and Payment Method Updates
If a scheduled renewal payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, issuer decline, etc.), we will notify you by email and retry the charge up to six (6) times over a 24-day period.
During the retry window, your subscription remains active but the shipment is paused until payment succeeds. If payment is not successfully captured after the final retry, your subscription will be automatically paused and you will be notified. You may update your payment method at any time through your account at buyaureva.com to resume service.
We are not responsible for delays in shipment caused by failed or delayed payments.
8. Changing Your Subscription
Through your account at buyaureva.com (or via the Manage Order link in your confirmation email), you may:
- Update your shipping address
- Update your payment method
- Skip an upcoming shipment
- Pause your subscription for up to 90 days
- Cancel at any time
All changes must be made before the next renewal date to apply to the upcoming shipment.
9. Returns and Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy. In summary:
- First subscription order: Covered by our 30-Day Results Guarantee (see Refund Policy §1). Empty bottle required as proof of use.
- Cancel before renewal ships: Full refund of any pre-charge, no questions asked.
- Cancel after shipment (unopened): Return the unopened bottle within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping).
- Opened subscription renewals (after the first order): Not eligible for refund. The 30-Day Results Guarantee applies to your first order only.
- Damaged or incorrect orders: Always refundable or replaceable at no cost to you — contact support@buyaureva.com within 48 hours of delivery.
10. Shipping
We ship subscription orders to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all subscription orders.
Delivery typically arrives within 2 to 20 business days from the date of order confirmation (volatility depends mainly on whether we have inventory in warehouses close to the customers location or not). You will receive a tracking email the moment your package leaves our warehouse.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by you, or delivery failures caused by events outside our control (including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, and carrier service interruptions).

11. Automatic Renewal Disclosures (State-Specific)
California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17602). Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days. Your first order is charged at 50% off the retail price, and every renewal thereafter is charged at 25% off the retail price (plus any taxes and shipping). You may cancel at any time through your customer account at buyaureva.com or via the “Manage Order” link in Aureva emaila. Cancellations submitted before the next renewal date stop all future charges.
Similar disclosures apply in: New York, Oregon, Colorado, Illinois, North Carolina, Vermont, Hawaii, Virginia, Tennessee, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, South Carolina, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Utah, Wisconsin, and other states with auto-renewal statutes. Residents of these states have the same cancellation rights described above.
12. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
You agree to contact us before filing any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Our team responds within 48 hours and is empowered to issue refunds or other remedies faster than a chargeback can be processed.
If you believe your payment method has been used for a subscription without your authorization, contact us immediately at support@buyaureva.com. We will investigate within 48 hours, cancel any unauthorized subscriptions, and refund any unauthorized charges upon verification.
A chargeback filed without prior contact, or for charges you previously authorized through normal enrollment, may be defended by us using delivery records, login history, the Pre-Charge Notice emails sent to you, and our records of your self-service cancellation activity (or absence thereof). Filing an invalid chargeback also results in immediate suspension of your account and may be reported to merchant risk databases as described in our Terms of Service, Section 16.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Material changes (including pricing or billing-interval changes) will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance. The Effective Date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent update. Continued use of your subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to your subscription is governed by Sections 16, 17, and 19 of our Terms of Service (Payment Disputes; Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver; Limitation Period) and the laws of the State of Wyoming as set out in Section 18 of our Terms of Service.
