Return & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Results Guarantee (First Order Only)
If you’ve used our product consistently as directed for 30 days and haven’t experienced results, you may request a refund on your first order only under the following conditions:
- Request submitted within 60 days of delivery
- Photo of the empty bottle(s) included with the initial request
- Empty bottle(s) physically returned to us
- Short results form completed (provided upon approval)
- Customer covers return shipping
The product being used is the whole point of this guarantee — an empty bottle is the proof.
We reserve the right to deny a Results Guarantee claim if the empty-bottle photo or returned bottle does not appear genuine, or if multiple claims are submitted from the same household or payment method.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns (Unopened Only)
If you’ve changed your mind and want to return your order without claiming a results-based refund, items must be:
- Unused, in original packaging, seal intact
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Received back within 60 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
Except under the Results Guarantee (Section 1) or for damaged/incorrect items (Section 6), the following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially used supplement bottles (beyond the first-order Results Guarantee)
- Subscription renewal shipments after the first order (cancel before next renewal to avoid future charges; see Subscription Policy §9)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage (heat, moisture, freezing), or use past the expiration date
- Final-sale or promotional items marked as non-refundable
- Gift cards
- Orders flagged for repeat refund patterns at our reasonable discretion
4. Return Process
- Email support@buyaureva.com with your order number, reason for return, and (for Results Guarantee claims) a clear photo of the empty bottle(s).
- Our team will reply within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), the results form (if applicable), and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable carrier. Returns shipped without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
5. Refunds
- Inspection: 2–3 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Processing: 3–5 business days once approved.
- Bank posting: An additional 2–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item shipped).
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact support@buyaureva.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging (both required)
- Photo of the shipping label (helpful)
We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, regardless of which billing cycle the order belongs to. Photos are required to file a carrier claim on your behalf; claims submitted without photos may be denied.
By submitting photos, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use the photos in carrier claims and dispute responses.
7. Subscription Renewals
Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days at the renewal rate (25% off the retail price). You may cancel, pause, or skip any time before the next renewal through your customer account at buyaureva.com or via the “Manage Order” link in your confirmation email — no phone calls or emails required, and email cancellation is not offered. All subscription renewal charges are considered authorized once the renewal date passes without cancellation through the self-service tools.
Refund eligibility after your first order is limited to:
- Cancel before the renewal ships: Full refund of any pre-charge, no questions asked.
- Cancel after shipment (unopened): Return the unopened bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping).
- Opened subscription renewals: Not eligible for refund. The 30-Day Results Guarantee in Section 1 applies to your first order only.
- Damaged or incorrect items: Always refundable under Section 6.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:
- Check with your bank or card issuer, as posting times can vary.
- If the issue persists, email support@buyaureva.com and we will respond within 48 hours.
9. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, you must contact support@buyaureva.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Our team responds within 48 hours and can issue refunds, replacements, or other remedies faster than a chargeback can be processed.
Chargebacks filed without prior contact, or for valid authorized charges (including subscription renewals where the Pre-Charge Notice was sent and the customer did not cancel through self-service), will be defended through the card network’s dispute process. We may submit evidence including:
- Order records, IP address at checkout, and device fingerprint;
- Carrier shipping and delivery confirmations;
- Subscription enrollment consent records and Pre-Charge Notice emails;
- Account login and cancellation-portal activity logs;
- All customer service communication records;
- Our Terms of Service and incorporated policies.
A chargeback filed without complying with this Section, or that we determine to be invalid, will result in immediate and indefinite suspension of your account (including cancellation of any active subscription). You agree to pay the original transaction amount plus chargeback fees and reasonable collection costs if a chargeback is successfully re-presented. We may report invalid chargebacks to merchant risk databases.

10. Repeat Refund Patterns
We reserve the right, in our reasonable discretion, to limit, decline, or condition refunds where a customer or household demonstrates a pattern of refund requests across multiple orders or products. In such cases, we may require additional verification (proof of return, video evidence) or offer store credit in lieu of cash refund. This protection is intended to prevent abuse and does not apply to genuine product issues or damaged shipments.
